Former Nigeria captain, Nwankwo Kanu is back at his former London club as he gets set to star for the Arsenal legend in a Charity match this weekend.
Speaking with FCNaija.com in Lagos before heading to London, King Kanu as the lanky Nigeria forward is fondly refereed to said it is an honour to be playing for the Arsenal Legend.
“I think it is a thing of honour, to be invited to play for the Arsenal Legend, more importantly I am happy to the associated with the course that the Charity Match is meant more” Kanu told Fcnaija.com

Aside Kanu, Saturday’s match will see the likes of Jens Lehmann, Freddie Ljungberg and Robert Pires don club colours again at Emirates Stadium.
The match against Milan Glorie FCNaija.com understands is in aid of The Arsenal Foundation.
Established in 2012, the Arsenal Foundation was founded during the club’s 125th anniversary in order to extend its good work and reach a greater number of beneficiaries around the world.
The Arsenal Legends will face some of the Rossoneri’s most famous former players including Paolo Maldini, Ruud Gullit, Marcel Desailly and Cafu.
The Arsenal Legend enjoyed a blistering career at Arsenal as he was part of the Invincibles and also won several laurels with the Gunners.
