Chelsea have now sent 38 players out on loan
Chelsea now have an astonishing 38 players out on loan after more players were allowed to leave on deadline day yesterday, according to a report by the Daily Mail.
The latest set of players that have been sent out on loan include established internationals like Loic Remy and Juan Cuadrado, as the club continues to be in the news for the number of players they have out on loan.
They have however paid no mind to the continuous talk about their loan policy, by allowing more players to leave on loan in time before the close of the summer transfer window yesterday.
Cuadrado has returned to Juventus on loan, this time for three years, following Remy – who has joined Crystal Palace.
The never-ending exodus continued right up until 11pm just before the window closed, Brazilian midfielder Lucas Piazon and American defender Matt Miazga also heading for the exit.
Piazon has moved across town to Championship side Fulham until January while Miazga headed for Dutch side Vitesse.
The Cottagers announced the arrival of the 22-year-old Piazon from their west London neighbours late on Wednesday evening.
Piazon joined Chelsea in 2011 and made three appearances for the first-team, including missing a penalty against Aston Villa in December 2013.
He has also had loan spells at Malaga, Vitesse Arnhem, Eintracht Frankfurt and Reading.
